Martin Lovick and Karen Maxwell are the co-Directors of Acol Consulting, an independent provider of professional services. Although their core competencies and backgrounds are distinct – Martin, in financial services and regulatory compliance, Karen in management development – they share a passion for providing first class service and advice to their clients, large and small. Between them they have more than 80 years’ experience working with, amongst others, Manufacturers Life, British Airways, Union Bank of Switzerland, Rank Xerox, and Cadbury Schweppes, as well as consultancies and smaller organisations within the not-for-profit sector. Both believe that people and culture are key to organisational effectiveness and managing change.
